Yeah that's what I've found in my research. My shoulder for my most pressing issue so if there is any chance that it makes a difference then I will stick with injecting there.

It would be awesome if it helps with a (suspected) meniscus tear, but that is only a minor issue for me compared to the shoulder tear.

No changes yet but not expecting any either.

Yeah I wouldn't try and inject in or too near a joint but that's just me. Stick in the muscle or fat and you're good to go! Best of luck.

Week 4, shoulder has more range of motion than when I started. Not a miracle drug by any means but has helped. I will go through this week and take a week off of shots and working out. Hopefully my elbow/bicep tendonitis calms down

Took a week off of peptides and working out since I was traveling out of state. No difference taking the week off.

First upper body workout I did was a light one focusing on range of motion, felt a pop at the top of my bicep. Will see in the morning if there is any discoloration.

Well I am just a few days shy of 30 days of the Wolverine Stack and unfortunately I haven't noticed any improvement in my shoulder. I also have a medial knee pain that hasn't improved either but I'm doing this for my shoulder labral tear and that's been the focus of my PT.

I'm bummed but I'm not giving up. I think I will finish them take a week or two off then try again with a higher dose. I realize I could just not be a responder and this may be throwing good money after bed, but I am desperate for improvement.

Sample size is small between us but doesn't sound like the Wolverine stack is doing much. Now that I have a muscle injury it may help more but not sure if it is worth another $120

Yeah I was so excited for this to be a solution. I am not wanting to go the PRP or surgery route yet so I may try again. May be a foolish waste of $ but I'm willing to try.

+1 for getting zero results from peptides.

were you doing injections or the pills?

I'm still holding off to hear more from y'all hereon Texags. And researching. My main issue is dealing with a frozen shoulder. My slap tear from almost 4 years ago, really never gave me much trouble once I got away from what was really causing me pain with it. And the rotator cuff tear is only partial tear, and the doc wasn't to concerned with it.

Torn shoulder labrum and rotator cuff, while I did get some range of motion back that is about it. Knew the chances of healing of something other than a muscle were low due to lack of blood flow.

We shall see with the pulled or torn bicep I have now. If it works there we have a better idea of the healing BPC157 can do, if it heals like normal I will chalk it up to BPC157 not doing what some people claim. I am doing injections as well.

Anyone here have experience with Sermorelin / Tesermorelin /Ipamorelin? I'm currently on Sermorelin but thinking about swapping to Ipa

IPA/tesa is superior for sure. If you're too old it won't work that well because your body doesn't have the ability to secrete that much hgh, but you will definitely lose fat and build muscle even with a mediocre diet.

I'm in late 20s so I should be good in that regard. Thanks!

Awesome, do a 6-8 week cycle of 250mcg ipa 1MG tesa morning and night. Make sure you don't eat an hour before or after. 5 days on 2 days off.

The only side effect is that you can retain a little water but it will go away.

Tesamorelin is great for reducing belly fat and building muscle.

I like it! Thanks for the recommendation. I've been taking Sermorelin for a while now and it's been good but I feel like I was leaving some optimization on the table

Respectfully Sermorelin is trash. Do the ipa/tesa protocol and you'll be thrilled.

I have used EverlifeMD in the past for Sem. What are some recommended sources for IPA/Tesa?

Almost out of BPC-157, after some flexibility increase in my shoulder not a dang thing. Haven't worked out with weights for 6 weeks and still have tendonitis in both elbows and bicep tear is not healing any faster than previous tears.

At this point can't say I would recommend it.

Limitless life nootropics or biolongevity labs. You can also buy in bulk direct from the source if you're going to be on something long term.

I just turned 51 so I guess I'll have to find something else to add mass

You can buy Pfizer genotropin pens (hgh) direct from India.

That's your best bet for fat loss and mass building for the 50+ crowd

About to go on a retatrutide journey after a long while thinking about it and researching. I'll want to pair it with giving up alcohol to really reset the liver.

Anybody have any experience? Ive gathered that it doesnt have the same level of making you avoid eating but still seems to have as good or better results, especially with stomach fat

Yeah, it's the best. You need to microdose it though. Split up 3 mg per week over 3-5 doses.

3 weeks into Tesa/Ipa and results are way better than Sermorelin. Biggest improvement has probably been my sleep.

I'm about the same. Sleep is definitely noticeable. I have also noticed a pretty significant decrease in appetite, particularly in the morning.

Interesting, I noticed kinda the opposite. Maybe less food noise but definitely wanting more protein. If that makes any sense.

I wanted to post a follow up. I initially tried Wolverine stack cycle for a torn shoulder labrum and noticed no real improvement. I decided to try one more round of wolverine about a week after my first one ended and I definitely think I got a noticeable improvement from it. I guess it's impossible to say for sure but I went about seven months without any improvement in my shoulder and it is suddenly much better. I range of motion is still limited and I have some weakness that kind of seems to be neurological

Tried ordering from a site yesterday, southernaminos formerly coastpeptides, that was less than proven or trustable but the prices were great (along with lots of reviews which were likely faked) . Used a prepaid card to not get taken big since it was worth a gamble. The prices for peptides are gouged and resellers get them from the grey market anyway. Only took me for 45 bucks and those charges are being contested anyway. Regardless, dont use your credit card for these purchases unless you have absolute certainty that you won't get ripped off (now or later after they have stored your data) oh and use a Google phone number if you must use a number so they dont have the number tied to your accounts either.

I hate to be that guy, but I'm genuinely curious. Wouldn't you be more concerned about what you are actually putting in your body, that may or may not be what you think it is and if it's actually safe or not? As opposed to getting ripped off financially?

It seems like buying any of this stuff from a source where you are not absolutely sure it is what it is supposed to be would be the biggest concern.

Thats an inherent risk with any of these peptides. The majority of all peptides are produced in China and have accompanying CoA's which may or may not be reliable or authentic. Tis the nature of the beast.

Get on Hunter Williams email list. He has a link for buying peptides in bulk. I've used them for awhile now and they're good. $1k order minimum and you have to buy the kits which are 10 vials each.
