I've recently started doing this. While I know that there are tons of benefits to it, I'm sick and tired of having to go to the bathroom all the time.

As mentioned above, you'll eventually adjust to it unless you have some underlying bladder issue or similar. It is amazing how many people don't drink enough water.

Agree. I'm at least 1.5 - 2 gallons a day. I'm about a gallon during my workouts alone.
I'd venture to guess the typical poster on this forum is not equal to your typical person in America today....Nobody is saying you'll just drop dead if you don't drink a gallon of water a day. But lots of people try to do things like improve their diet and exercise more to just be healthier, why would hydration be any different?double aught said:
