Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) devices?
Those air-inflated devices that pump up then off to help stimulation?
Other ideas?

EMS/TENS units - limited data but may be effective for it.
Not sure about the intermittent compression devices, but in general if you've got poorer circulation in the legs, compression should help improve that and help with neuropathy.
Other things to try - B12 supplementation, topical capsaicin or lidocaine.
Outside of that, you're looking at Rx meds to try and treat it.

Hope that helps.

Thanks.

Ordered a $20 TENS unit from TEMU. Will return it if its not at least "moderately strong."
Started B-12. Topicals help. Tried essential oils (tea tree and peppermint) which helped but irritated the skin and need to dilute it more using a transfer oil like grapeseed.
This is the first month the burning feet thing has affected my sleep. Compression socks seemed to increase swelling but I assume there's another factor(s) involved. I'm turning my research to anti-inflammatories such as curcumin and cinnamon for other issues.

Spinal cord stimulation (SCS) is proven therapy that has been around for 60 years for other types of chronic pain, but has recently gained approval for treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy.

You would need to see a pain management specialist most likely in order to try this.

My TEMU order came in and I love it. I ordered four more units with a wire that leads out to the area you want to treat, which of course has a split with one wire each going to the two gel pads. On my re-order I just bought the control which came with the lead wire and two gel pads.
The cost was less than six dollars for each operational unit. I can do my feet, ankles, lower back, and neck all at the same time using all four. The highest I ever put the intensity on is eight (but five or six was what I typically used) whereas the maximum intensity can be 16.
It really helped me to sleep last night and I can't wait to get the rest of them. It's like being the bionic man or Frankenstein, but these little devices look like a joke, but they aren't!!!!
