Day two of back in the gym after years away.
20 minutes on the treadmill with incline. Did my best to knock out the push portion of the PPL routine but I was so sore it was hard to get through it. Did my best though.
Turns out working out in your 30s is much different than your college years. I may make some adjustments and give myself a couple more rest days (at least from lifting) until I get back in the swing of things.
