Your reading comprehension is terrible.
He flags things as being unhealthy simply because they contain dairy. There is nothing inherently unhealthy about dairy. There is no reason to demonize it.
And I specifically said PLAIN Greek yogurt. Plain as in no added sugars (or oils, although, I've never seen oil as an ingredient in any yogurt I buy). His app flags Greek yogurt and implies it's not "safe" or "healthy".
That app is for the most part fear-mongering pseudo-science. Mostly because there is no such thing as an "unsafe" or "unhealthy" food. Some foods are healthier than others, but most anything at the grocery can be part of a healthy diet, even "junk" food, if consumed in moderation.
