Run 800m every round
50-40-30-20-10 push-ups
50-40-30-20-10 wall ball shots 20#
Stretch

2 miles run/walk - knee feels good, but don't want to push it.
I know it's not as good as heavy lifting, but I love the Trx system for time. I can knock 'em out in early morning workout at the home gym before work. Back day Trex exercises.
