I think George Mitchell at the time of his death probably was the richest Ag. Al Falih is probably the most powerful Ag, not sure how rich he actually is.

Not sure about richest, but I think George Mitchell is the most generous benefactor for A&M donating over 100 mil. I doubt much of that went to the 12th man as most went for physics and astronomy endeavors.

Mitchell was worth over 2 billion before he passed away this summer. Mays is around 1.1 billion (both according to Forbes). I couldn't find an actual number for Al Falih.

Well, since Khalid Al-Falih is Saudi, he wouldn't be.

Since Aramco is a corporation privately owned by The Kingdom, Al-Falih's compensation and net worth are not publicly available. But you can rest assured he is as highly compensated as any CEO in the world.

The Mays family is all but done with Clear Channel, and even at their peak, they owned around 1100 stations, which would be around 8-9% of all the stations in the U.S.
