Penn State will always be known as Pedafile U. Just like eryone knows Bonds did steroids. Alumni will never shake it. Win a title and still will be Pedafile U.

Before playoffs I said SMU, Clemson, Boise, ASU, IU might win 1 game if they get very lucky.

Maybe ASU can get lucky tomorrow to get that 1 win.

Yeah but it's not really fair. There's probably very few living that had a thing to do with it. The broad brush generally doesn't make for a very good painting. Jmo.

Sorry , responded to wrong poster.

Boise State outgained Penn State 412 total yards (304 passing and 108 rushing) to 387 total yards (171 passing and 216 rushing) and had a time of possession of 33:57, but Penn State won the turnover margin 4 to 1 and outrushed Boise State 216 to 108. As a result, Penn State advanced to the CFP semifinal against the winner of Notre Dame vs Georgia in the Orange Bowl. I noticed several other trends.

1. Penn State has improved to 2-0 in the CFP.

2. Penn State has improved to 13-2 (8-1 Big 10), and 10 of those wins were by 14+ points.

3. Penn State snapped Boise State's 11-game winning streak to drop them to 12-2 (7-0 MW).

4. Boise State finished 2-2 against Power 4 teams with wins against Washington State and Oregon and losses to Oregon and Penn State.

Lol. Sure.

I've never seen a phone or computer autocorrect to a word that doesn't exist. That's pretty cool!

Twice, even!

Wasn't just turnover margin that won the game. PSU RBs both got over 7 yards per carry while Jeanty was generally stuffed all night long and as a team Boise got less than 3 yards per carry.

Yes, Penn State outrushed Boise State 216 to 108 yards on a similar number of carriers for each team.

Yep. Causally mentioning turnover margin as if the beneficiaries of the turnovers had nothing to do with it is stupid. They turned it over so much precisely because Penn State knew they could stop the run, did stop the run, and benefited from the mistakes of a team that had never been stopped.

Just had dinner @ Miller's Ale House here in Florida... there was a psu alumni watch party... it was unbearable.

Before dinner... I didn't care... now Boise is my 2nd favorite team.

They truly are the worst and much more insecure than our fanbase as a whole

Of the 10+ Penn State alums I've worked with in my career, 90% of them have major red flags and are a PITA to work with.

**** everything about that university
Maybe the problem is you.

You just love to bash on Penn State every chance you get. I confess. I graduated from A&M and then got my mba from Penn State. Also met my wife there and made a buttload of friends there.

Some of the best people I have ever known went to PSU.

Penn State sucks, dude. No way around it

You and your wife are likely the diamonds in the rough.
The majority I've been lucky enough to work with are insufferable with inferiority/holier than thou complexes reigning supreme.

The last one I had the pleasure of doing business with was a bipolar dude who got thrown out of his kids' little league game for losing it on refs. An absolute nightmare.

I'd rather work with 10 longhorns for every 1 Penn Stater I come across tbh

OK, so that gives you the right to call everyone that went there a Pedophile?

Like the current faculty, coaches, players and graduates had anything to do with that.

I had as much to do with that as you did but you think you are far superior I guess.

Yet despite State Penn controlling the line of scrimmage, the game really came down to a hands to the face penalty that wiped out a Boise TD that would've made it 24-21 State Penn.
The game basically ended on that play.

His line sucked... But the bsu rb didn't measure up to the hype.

And the whole standing up when the play starts thing is dumb. This is basic footwork for most sports that one is more explosive when starting from a knee bent position.
