Arch was bad today, but the offensive play calling also didn't help him. That was a terrible game plan.
The silver lining for Arch is the pressure to ever win a Heisman in his college career is completely over and he can focus on academics and not sports.
But no, Conner didn't. Being mentioned as a potential Heisman hopeful is completely different than the conversation around Arch and the cult following you cow worshipers have given him. It's hard to remember a player in recent history with the unearned hype of Arch Manning. I'm sure he's a great kid, but people like you have set him up for complete failure.

I've been an Aggie for decades. I get the t.u. hype machine every year. I get that the kid has a last name/pedigree but, good lord, it's just insane what's being predicted for this kid as unproven as he is.

Their evaluation system began and ended with his last name - Manning. The dude played 2A ball in Louisiana. I don't care who his dad or uncles are, if you aren't competing against strong opponents, you aren't going to get better. Any hype around Arch is purely driven by his last name. I hope he's a disaster for tu this year, not because I don't like the kid but because it will throw the sips and their fanbase into disarray.

Something bigger feels off to me and I don't normally leave bad games like this. Maybe it's as simple as arch did this to arch vs the defense dictating it. Sark trying to mask it with they were elite at disguising coverage still is insufficient. With the exception of 2 drives late, his mechanics and throws were off all game regardless of coverage or pressure. Yeesh!

Man - I get some peoples need to justify, but tu finished strong, thanks in part to us and Arch not a horrid QB. He's improving and Reed will also.
