I'll take the one who beat Notre Dame on the road and who is undefeated in the SEC.

Arch Jason a higher completion % on deep balls

This was already an insane thread for the 1st half, but it became even more insane considering the 2nd half.
Reed starting 3/10 is insane. After the play calling was adjusted Reed played good. Reed is much better when driving the ball with confidence. He needs a lot of work on touch for deep balls.Jdb101808 said:PyriteAg said:

Yep and all the idiots that posted in the first half are newbies to texags… I guess they just can't wait to get on here and troll or don't know ball

Those 7 yard throws to a wide open receiver 10 yards away were epic.stick93 said:Jdb101808 said:PyriteAg said:

OR, didn't live through the RC Slocum/Jeff Granger high octane offensive era

Manning is going to struggle for the forseeable future since his best receiver who is a very good player, freshman Parker Livingstone suffered a pretty bad injury today.
And, no, this isnt a meme, but they are roomates.

Didn't he come back in the game after the injury?

Reed sucks and can't hit 50% of his passes. If he just hit 60%, we might win 10 games.
Reed completed 57% of his throws tonight and is over 60% on the season.
We have some really ignorant fans.

We do! He's a better player this season than he was last year. He looks comfortable out there and plays with confidence now. Dude is a playmaker

There is no comparison between Arch and Reed as it stands today. Reed is far better. To Arch's credit he did play the best game of his career this weekend. He threw some nice passes and he was running for his life most of the game. The thing that is interesting, and says a LOT about player rankings, is that Joey Aguilar is probably the best QB in the SEC right now and he was basically a zero star.

Reed would be an awesome wide receiver.

And he can lead the team
Down the field when we need it … he makes things happen and seems like he plays best under that pressure of crunch time … Reed is the guy

I agree with this point. It's probably the biggest strength of Reed and the ultimate reason Elko chose him over Weigman last year. All the CFB pundits who know about Reed always talks about his ability to remain coolheaded in high-stake moments. It's a shame this kind of stuff doesn't show up in the box score or other stats, honestly.

Um no…I disagree with that. Did you watch that game? He made some good passes, sure. But his picks he threw were horrible, imo. He just looked rattled to me and give credit to that Florida defense for doing their job
