I am a Tech fan chiming in.

I have learned a new term this year from my teenagers: hatewatching. I actively hatewatch Texas. The season is still less than half over, but so far it has been a joyous season for me.

If it were just watching Texas leave a massive crater in falling from the very pinnacle of all-time pre-season hype, it would be a good season.

If it were just watching Tech become a subject of attention on a national scale and mentioned in the playoff conversation, it would be a good season.

But those two things happen simultaneously makes this season - so far - the stuff of absolute, unbridled, dipped-in-melted-chocolate joy.

Because eff Texas. And Guns Up.
