I was only able to listen to the game but I don't recall hearing anything about Craver after the first long td. Is he injured?

He wouldn't say. He would just tell you he knew about it after someone else broke the news.

Moss averaged 9yrds per
Smith was 4.5
Owens was 3
The other 2 were 3>
Personally I blame the play calling

Moss is significantly better than our other RBs. Hope he gets back quick, both for our team and his draft status

Loochi made a big deal about people texting him during games to get injury updates. Said it was one of the biggest things that p*** him off.

le'veon moss is arguably our most valuable player from game to game. even when he isn't the star he pounds away at the defense like a boxer pounding away with body blows. he is a dynamic runner who can outrun you make you miss or run you over. for us to reach our potential we have to get him back. with him we are a serious national title contender without him i think we might make the playoffs. he is that important to how our offense goes. he is irreplaceable.
Owens' performance last night should have made it clear to Klein that it's folly to run the same plays for both backs.Sterling82 said:fla_agfan said:MarylandAG said:

Definitely this. Moss is the best back we have but our run calls were dismal tonight. We run between the tackles 99% of the time, we rarely get into a power set with a lead blocker and we do it against a front that started getting more loaded with each inept pass. Watching Owens get swamped after a 2 yard gain so many times was infuriating. But our persistence at doing that is on the coaches more than anyone else.

Even if he is just "nicked up", he really should sit out next week against Arky and get healthy. As much as this would suck, we need him more going forward for games like lsu and mizzou.
IMO what we have currently excluding Moss is good enough to beat a crappy Arky D...give the man some rest and get healed up.
It was reported an ankle injury and he was on the sideline and supposedly available in the 2nd half.Scalawag08 said:
No telling at this point. With a grade II mcl tear, for instance, doctors used to have you in a brace for 3 months. Whereas with a more severe full tear, you were sometimes cleared to exercise / rehab immediately. Other ligaments are a different story. But it did kinda look to me like the inside of that left knee.

How quickly some of you forget that Owens ran for 140 against Miss State. Given the right play calls, he is terrific.

We can beat Arkansas without him.
