I was only able to listen to the game but I don't recall hearing anything about Craver after the first long td. Is he injured?

Don't care what anyone says, he's hurt and I hope he gets some rest. We can beat Arkansas without him.

He wouldn't say. He would just tell you he knew about it after someone else broke the news.

Careful. Staff will bring out the banhammer.

I thought so too, he was playing a little hobbled, but when he got the jet sweep for the first down he felt good enough to attempt to hurdle a defender so who knows.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER!

Significant drop off in offense with Moss out.

Moss averaged 9yrds per

Smith was 4.5
Owens was 3
The other 2 were 3>

Personally I blame the play calling

Definitely this. Moss is the best back we have but our run calls were dismal tonight. We run between the tackles 99% of the time, we rarely get into a power set with a lead blocker and we do it against a front that started getting more loaded with each inept pass. Watching Owens get swamped after a 2 yard gain so many times was infuriating. But our persistence at doing that is on the coaches more than anyone else.

Moss is significantly better than our other RBs. Hope he gets back quick, both for our team and his draft status

Definite drop in production when he was off the field this week. I believe I heard the sideline reporter said he was available to return.

We're going to need him in November.

le'veon moss is arguably our most valuable player from game to game. even when he isn't the star he pounds away at the defense like a boxer pounding away with body blows. he is a dynamic runner who can outrun you make you miss or run you over. for us to reach our potential we have to get him back. with him we are a serious national title contender without him i think we might make the playoffs. he is that important to how our offense goes. he is irreplaceable.

Loochi made a big deal about people texting him during games to get injury updates. Said it was one of the biggest things that p*** him off.

They need to let Morrpw run with the ones this week to see if he is ready.

The next time I see a hip drop tackle called properly as a foul / penalty will be the first time. BS. Injures players badly.

Even if he is just "nicked up", he really should sit out next week against Arky and get healthy. As much as this would suck, we need him more going forward for games like lsu and mizzou.

IMO what we have currently excluding Moss is good enough to beat a crappy Arky D...give the man some rest and get healed up.

Owens' performance last night should have made it clear to Klein that it's folly to run the same plays for both backs.

How quickly some of you forget that Owens ran for 140 against Miss State. Given the right play calls, he is terrific.

I was kind of a fan of that toss sweep TD at the end of the game that was set up by our game crushing, 8 minute between the tackles running drive in the 4th quarter.

FWIW, as someone who has had a lot of knee injuries playing sports, my immediate reaction seeing the replay and how he was moving was minor knee sprain, out 3-4 weeks.

No telling at this point. With a grade II mcl tear, for instance, doctors used to have you in a brace for 3 months. Whereas with a more severe full tear, you were sometimes cleared to exercise / rehab immediately. Other ligaments are a different story. But it did kinda look to me like the inside of that left knee.

Arky playing the Ags in Fayetteville will almost never by crappy.

The upcoming game will likely be another dogfight.

Unless we get some lucky turnovers, I anticipate a close win by the Ags that isn't secured until the 4th quarter.

It was reported an ankle injury and he was on the sideline and supposedly available in the 2nd half.

He is not "terrific". He's a serviceable running back, but he's not the super superstar that I thought he would be. Or rather that I hoped he would be. I'm not saying he's a bad back. But he doesn't scratch the surface of how good the Moss is. Maybe Morrow will be the next guy that would be great. This tends to have happen to us recently. We have one great back and then it takes a while and then we find another great back. I'm hoping that with Klein and Elko, we can start stacking great running backs. But don't kid yourself. Moss is the best running back we've had since Achane.

Arkansas run D is terrible. If Moss is available to go this week, I say rest him against Arky and let Owens/Morrow get the primary reps and Daniels Smith come in sparingly as needed.

We need Moss vs LSU and Missouri.

To echo another poster - was Craver hurt? I don't remember seeing him out there in the 2nd half.

A lot of the other RB attempts were during the 2nd half of the game when we were trying to get 3-4 yards per carry to chew up the clock. I DO think Leveon is our best back, but the difference isn't as stark as some of you are making it out to be.

The toss sweep for the Owens TD was a breath of fresh air. Inside zone into a brick wall time-after-time was giving me Jimbo flashbacks...
