Except that's not what was called. You can do it as long as you dont use leverage off the o lineman. They called the other defender for falling on the floor as an illegal low block.

Oh...I don't have the volume on and the replay showed the guy jumping over and I thought that's what the penalty was for.

He chopped blocked an offensive lineman, so his defender could get over him to block the kick. It was the right call and I have seen it called this year.
