It's so freaking obvious, it's criminal.

The referee, 3 yards from the play, was adamant the receiver was out of bounds. Other ref, 10 yards away, comes flying in to overturn the catch.

Also to add, they should not snap the ball until play clock is less than 10 seconds every time.
