If you've received a raise and extension, that means you'll be here long. Unless we cut your contract short and pay you for not being the coach we wanted but had wanted to extend with additional pay... again

I dont have a solution to the issue. We just gave him a raise/extension

As a football program we are so stupid. Why give a coach in his second year a huge extension and raise when he has no hardware to show for it.
