He got much better as the year progressed.

This game would be incredibly different without the two TERRIBLE 15yard penalties to give texas a TD

But itll get ignored. It shifted a Michigan game into a tu game. They looked for a way to take away the Michigan TD with a fumble into the endzone but that was too much and too clear. You cant ignore targeting, call blindside block and rob TDs or it might get noticed

Bryce Underwood's knee was clearly down.

Congrats to a tu team that beat a team without a head coach and a program in controversy with a QB that sucks and extreme help from the refs. Must be nice to have everything laid at your feet like you are God's gift to football.

In contrast, Michigan lost their last two games to Ohio State and Texas by a combined score of 68-36 to finish 9-4 (7-2 Big 10). I noticed several other trends:

1. Texas won the turnover margin 3 to 1 for a combined turnover margin of 7-1 during their 3-game winning streak.

2. Texas has won 7 of their last 8 games after a 3-2 start.

3. Texas is 3-0 against Michigan, including lopsided wins in each of the last two years by a combined score of 72-39.

4. Texas has beaten 4 teams with 9+ wins: 10-3 (6-2 SEC) Oklahoma, 10-3 (6-2 SEC) Vanderbilt, 11-2 (7-1 SEC) Texas A&M, and 9-4 (7-2 Big 10) Michigan, and won 3 of those 4 games by 10+ points.

5. Texas went 1-1 against Big 10 teams this year.

6. Michigan went 0-2 against SEC teams this year.
