Auburn WR coach was hired by Bama

I assume it's Auburn WR coach? If he was leaving Auburn does the fact his Auburn coach is at Alabama mean that much? Maybe, maybe not.vander54 said:

yep. That is true no matter where he goes.rootube said:
According to my sources the latest in Coleman is that he is about to get paid a lot of money.

If Cam is focused on immediate $$ I think he will end up at Technical. If he is focused on development and exposure and playing the best competition he will choose aTm, an SEC team or a high profile southern ACC team.
As for Technical and the NC, I don't see it happening as their Hs recruiting still lags way behind aTm, cow, and OU and that is the bedrock of the teams. Portal transfers with 1 or even 2 years of eligibility will not build a consistent winner and elite team with depth that plays completes games as a team.
HOWEVER, there is no denying that they will have the best odds to play for an NC amongst aTm, cow, OU and all the D1 FBS teams in Texas due solely to their crazy NIL spending and the (lack of) competition they play. Their schedule is so soft and their non-con opponents are mostly very weak that they will be a perennial 10-2 to 12-0 team so long as they continue to top the NIL game. That will buy them a Big 12 title and a final ranking to be in the CFP much more often than aTm, tu and OU while we are all playing each other and also Bama, UT, Fla, UGA, lsu, Ole Miss while Technical is playing Baylor and Kansas and city commuter schools.
CFP expansion would hurt them as they would have to play one more game against a good team if the byes go away.
Campbell's "save college sports" BS is very transparent, Big 12 schools get much less tv $$$ than SEC and B1G so he is trying to get it to where all Power 4 programs get the same tv $$, the SEC and B1G will NEVER agree to that as nobody wants to watch Baylor - Cincinnati as much as they would watch Auburn play USCe or Kentucky, much less all the premier SEC games. There are literally ZERO premier Big 12 regular season games. Campbell isn't trying to save college sports, he is trying to get Tech more $$ and an equal tv share as aTm and tu.

Who was the ttu 5 star WR who verballed to us last txfr cycle and then went back to ttu for more money (name is escaping my memory)? How did that kid do this past year for them (literally don't know, but did they get a return?)?
Regarding Coleman, while I get he's prob top WR in the portal, rather not overpay and just go get 1-2 other WRs w experience (the GT Wr or the OU Wr who just entered the portal). Or pay ip to get more OL to protect Reed better.
If J Myles can come back completely healthy (an unknown), he will add a lot of big play capability and catch radius not seen this last year consistently.

Cam Coleman feels like buying flashy rims for our car that has a broken motor
Don't have anyone to block long enough for him to get open. Don't have anyone to throw him an accurate pass

Also what is the status Moss? Did we ever figure that out?

We just bought the left side of LSU's line plus SEC talent. Marcel's gonna have all day.

The LSU line that sucked donkey balls? Hopefully coaching can help achieve major strides w them.
As for Marcel, in the words of Pirate Mike, you can't coach accuracy....so....fingers crossed he can hit the broadsides of barns next season
