Tech will eventually buy their way into the semis or nc game. Or they may disappear to further irrelevancy if the NIL gets reigned in. If everything remains the same, they should be back in the CFP next year. TTu would have benefitted if they would have been 5/6 and oregon 4, not saying they would have beat Oregon, but a cupcake game against Tulane or JMU would have been better than 3+ weeks off, especially for the joke of a QB.
Football is way more difficult to win a NC, but tTTU is a player or 2 away from buying a NC in some other sports
