Honestly adding Cam and Isaiah to go along with ABR and Craver would be phenomenal! Then focus on building up the trenches.

The excitement about Coleman is that his QB is no where near as good as the Alabama guy and he made some highlight reel catches. That said both Horton and Coleman are top ten at their position.

The pro Coleman argument is essentially the George Pickens argument. Pickens was productive with really bad QB play in Pittsburg. He goes to Dallas and everyone should have seen what he did coming. He's like Pickens in build, talent, and situation.

This. Horns had a bench full of 5 star receivers this season who dropped passes all season. I watched Coleman pout like a 3 year old the entire game against A&M. Concepcion was a lot better player and we got him for a third less nil I imagine. Get Horton and with our guys coming back we are in great shape at receiver. Nobody could name an Indiana receiver before the season started. Too many people jumping off the cliff about this guy in my opinion.

I imagine that part of the art of the NIL era will be knowing how to shill bid rivals into overpaying for a player. Not saying that is what happened with Coleman, but I like to think tu overpaid for this guy and I hope it destroys their locker room. You have Saint Arch on one hand supposedly giving back money but this guy holding out for absolute top dollar. They better hope he doesn't stumble…
I resolve in 2026 to be more tolerant and respectful of trolls and emotionally fragile, overly pessimistic posters so they don’t run crying to the mods and have me banned for three days.

For what Cam went for I'm happy we can use that money elsewhere. That said, there's no need to belittle Cam. He's a bonafide beast and could be a career changer. My fear if I'm the sips would be if the season gets tight down the stretch and isn't going perfect, does he start to back it down for the NFL.

Either way, I wanted him very badly. But not for what his market ultimately was, so long as we're willing to send that same amount on multiple dudes.

Watched some highlights. He appears to have a big catch radius and is a good route runner. Not going to break a lot of tackles or blow you away with speed. This type of WR was missing this season. We will need Craver and ABR to be the possession guys though.

Who? Wingo was a high * coming out of HS, but nobody would call him an elite WR. Average route running and drops wide open passes. He'll probably have a good season now that he's no longer WR1 and won't draw double teams.
