Second place AFTER Boxing Day. Nice.

We never looked good though, for all the possession we didn't create many good chances. Felt like that game should've been a draw but there was no real effort to get the 3 points either.
Both British announcers said it was a harsh penalty...Aggies1322 said:
Wonderful work today.. lol the liverpool thread said that wasn't a penalty. Idiots. The only question was whether it was a red or not. Further proving that Americans that follow super clubs don't know football.

I had the skysports feed. Both announcers were certain he would overturn the penalty upon a look from VAR...Aggies1322 said:AG@RICE said:Both British announcers said it was a harsh penalty...Aggies1322 said:

Really? I heard them both debating if it should be red or not and both thought it should..

For the ref to even look at the penalty via VAR means the VAR official thought it wasn't a penalty.

Not saying that it wasn't a penalty, but using this is a justification as to why Americans don't know anything about soccer is a poor argument.

Not really.. TAA lifted his leg to trip a striker that had an open net. Thats pretty easy football/soccer iq.
