Wow, lots of names I'm not familiar with. Exciting to be so talent-rich as opposed to recent years.
I'll just say I agree with the opinion that usa lacks a good to great number 9. We've always lacked that, for the most part. Dike has great potential and physical tools, but he must be more consistently dangerous, and must be better on the ball. I don't see the constant killer/attack mindset from him either.
I like Sargent, his consistency and attitude are probably better than Dike at this point, but I agree with an earlier poster who wanted to try Hoppe at the 9. I love what I see from him in terms of skill, physical attributes and above all, mindset.
Disclaimer, I've seen Hoppe play a whopping 1 time, so I could be way off. But I liked his attack-minded tendencies. He was constantly putting pressure on Jamaican defenders and overall was the most dangerous American on the field.
