I think the lineup is fine, the players are clearly not executing (or maybe not understanding) their roles

I feel like Adams and McKennie would cover so much in the center as well as outwide for the wingers.

Acosta, Lletget, and Musah are just doing nothing right now to stop Panama progressing the ball.


Edit: fine in the sense that, I understand we have another game to play in a couple days so you cant just play your top 11 all 3 games

We just have these moments in thsi system, where Lletget and Musah were both legitimately on opposite sidelines instead of available centrally. The middle 50 yards of the field, we only had Acosta in there.....how can that be a good design?

This particular group of players is cleary confused on their responsibilities defensively, and positioning offensively. Particulalry the 3 central mids, imo

Solveable though, but havent really been any moments to point toward as "hey, that looked good" in the buildup or attack.
