This was a huge waste of time.

The commentators were the worst I've ever heard for a broadcast. Boring, lazy, with nothing insightful nor interesting to say...PatAg said:
"who wants it more" is lazy analysis from someone that gets paid to talk about the game
There is clear tactical issues with how we have played, and the substitutions we have made.,

Tonight Berhalter saw the full extent of the double edged sword of rotating and resting players.

This squad is not deep enough to beat (even tie) a Panama team that has flexed it’s muscles already in WCQ. This squad can’t build on a past performance if key players are missing.
Saw this on Stars and Stripes FC, thought it had to be a joke. Watched the video, nope he really said it.Quote:
Sam Stejskal from the Athletic: "On the goal specifically, it looked like you were zoned up on the corner kick. What is your thought process behind that system and is there any thought to kinda changing it given the corners they were serving in the first half?"
Berhalter's response: "You know, Sam, that's a really difficult question man. If you want to ask a question like that, we need to dig into how we've been defending corners for the last two years, the chances we gave up based on the balls. We're doing a good job defending set pieces. If you come with a question with more substance behind it, and more data behind it, I'll happily answer that."
