Too bad Pulisic is injured and you're not going to see Chelsea. This would match his shoulder tat.

I would tend to agree here that it will be seen by some as poking the bear. I've actually worn an FC Dallas jersey to matches and that was different. People were curious, not antagonistic. The one thing you CANNOT do is wear the visiting team colors in any form or fashion if you're in any of the home team seating areas. That goes for jerseys, scarfs or in many cases, even a t-shirt the same color as the visiting team (Think baby blue of City if they're the visiting team).BearkatRunner88 said:Lol I don't see this going well...monarch said:

We need to find two American Flag shirts somewhere and wear them!
Just like I didn't see you wearing your Cleveland Browns Johnny jersey going well when we played Carolina for the first time in Columbia. You might remember that JM and Connor Shaw were fighting it out for the #2 spot on the depth chart.
I remember when you came down the elevator that morning and first thing I said was go change now cause that's gonna cause problems later...you didn't and there was A LOT of chirping. End of that story was those fans suck and I was too young at the time not to let some of it get to me.
Tickets are hard enough to come by and those folks aren't gonna love a bunch of yanks taking up their seats...just sayin...
You definitely should try and make it:Hacker_2003 said:
Sorry to hijack this thread a bit, but I just learned I will be traveling to London the week of 2/27 for work. My favorite team is Leeds and 2nd favorite is Chelsea. I looked at the schedule and, remarkably, Leeds plays AT Chelsea on 3/4. I am thinking about extending my stay to watch this one. Some questions…
1. Where do I even begin to look for tickets and what should I expect to pay?
2. Will it be easier to get Leeds (I.e. away) tickets or Chelsea?
3. Will it be enjoyable if I am on my own? Never been to a sporting event solo.

Really weird though how we never actually had possession of physical tickets or digital tickets. They basically took us to the gate where the turnstiles were and scanned us all in and I just handed them a wad of cash as my scan went through. Was given specific instruction not to talk to any of the stewards going into the seats and memorize the section, row, and seat numbers.
did that for Juventus a couple years back (champions league v athletico Madrid) but they actually gave us their members cards and a return envelope. Helps that my wife needs a B1 in Italian and could get around but felt shady all around.AgRyan04 said:BearkatRunner88 said:

That seems WAAAAAAAAY sketchy! I'm not sure my anxiety could have handled that.
Awesome story and experience!
