First competitive match not to have an MLS player play since the league was formed.

Average age of the starting 11 was 22.6.

FC Dallas Academy with a strong showing:
Pepi
McKennie
Reynolds
Zendejas

Downside of trying to sell Balogun to the USA. Would you rather play at legendary stadiums against teams like Italy or play on a **** goat field while getting hacked by Grenada

He won't play in fancy UEFA stadiums if England won't include him. But I do hope the USA can bring him into the fold before he goes back to Arsenal or gets a loan to an EPL team, before the English finally start paying attention.

I know it is what it is and it's been a thing his whole pro career, but I wish Gio Reyna's body language would periodically make it appear like he's excited to be on the field

And I know it doesn't matter much. But I also think a little more energy and enthusiasm would help him make a larger impact over 60, 70, maybe one day even a full 90

I do think Charles Watts said it best. England were never going to call up Balogun right now regardless of his form because he's doing it in Ligue 1.

They only called up 2 strikers this time, both of whom are at the top of the goal scoring charts in the PL with Kane and Toney. Even Ollie Watkins who'd scored who is on a hot streak didn't get a call.

England probably isn't going to give him a call until he starts proving it in the PL. I definitely that its in the best interest of the USA to get him committed to us before that happens

Does a good result on Monday spell the final nail in ggg's coffin? I think he is already out, but the door is still slightly cracked open. Hard to judge anything off of subpar competition, but the team did look much better.

In no way should any result against Grenada and El Salvador be sufficient to finalize the removal of Berhalter or the hiring of Taylor.

They may say Berhalter is eligible to come back, but they're not rehiring him.

We won't know if GB is out until they announce a hire (unless someone leaks something).

Like deadbq said, he's already out of contract. We won't find out that he's out of contention for a new one until a hire is announced.

That's exactly what he said.

Ggg is out of contract. So he's already out.

Rehiring is obviously possible, but they don't have to announce a firing because he's already done.

I think back in December, I might've been able to stomach a renewal of his contract, but at this juncture, I'm going to be wholeheartedly disappointed if we end up with him again.
