It's possible the upcoming U-20 world cup plays into the availability of any young players that might get called up.

You do want SOME continuity from experienced players.

I would personally agree that we have enough talented players that the older players we know arent quite good enough need to start being pushed out this year. They are known quantities, and can still be brought in should younger players not work out, or injuries.

No, that's not an adequate answer. Who would you like called up? Be specific because a lot of the youth are going to be at the U20 World Cup this summer and cannot leave their teams for this match as well.

This game is a weird one, and we have lots of young talent on this roster, so I don't mind having some experienced MLS guys there too, especially Morris who is in great form.

The fact that Milan were totally fine with Dest taking time off to play in this game is an epically bad sign of how terrible that loan has been for him. Will be very curious to see where he ends up next year
