And all of the people that live in America go wild!!
If you immigrated to another country, would you start cheering for the national team of that country?
I bet you won't.
My family immigrated from Portugal but I ain't gonna cheer for them if they play the USA, the country I literally call home
No one said you can't cheer for your old country. It's just super weird to cheer for them when you're literally playing the country that is giving you what you want in life (or else you wouldn't have moved) and where you call homeTXAggie2011 said:A few comments...AggieCrew44 said:Um yes I would, and much less wouldn't literally cheer against themRealTalk said:Who cares....AggieCrew44 said:

(1) If you were to immigrate to another country, there would be no expectation you give up the USA as your #1 team. Its fine.
(2) When we have our full strength roster, we're rolling out multiple dudes who have never lived in the USA. We're not well positioned as a team to get our dander up over this.
(3) As to all the Mexico fans who were born and live in the USA, is this your first USA-Mexico match?

You live in America, most likely a citizen, you're going to watch a game on USA soil, and you cheer for the opposition. That's just bizarre
