4 matches per day during the group stage except for matchday 3, so I imagine windows at 1 pm, 4 pm, 7 pm, and 10 pm (ET).
Your imagination is real good, but all the times are set so there's no need to guess/speculate.

Link below even puts it in local time:

Yeah I'm a bit surprised, but also, fans in the Americas are "due" a turn at first choice TV hours after Russia and Qatar.

And I'd like to think that FIFA is strategically hoping to grow the game in the US by giving us lots of primetime. I hope they take advantage and market the hell out of this and succeed in growing the sport here.

Nah **** 'em. The rest of the world watches matches at all sorts of weird hours. They can do it as well.

From what I can see, the Europe team matches are really not that horrible times for Europe. Either around 8-10pm their time or like 5am. I don't see many that would be like 3am their time.

They did a decent job in the group stage, but beyond that is when things are gonna get bad for Europeans. For example, theres a Quarterfinals day where it's 11PM and 3AM Central European Time. That's staying up all night if you want to watch both.

But again, I like it. European football fans are gonna gripe about it, but ultimately they'll stay up on a Saturday night to watch the sport they love.

You move a quarterfinal to 10AM and the American audience plummets. Having that game in primetime is huge.
