Spurs snoooozzzed for most of this game, shot pretty badly, and tried to win in the 4th without their best offensive player. Griz have to play foulball to have a chance in the series.

I still say Spurs in 5 or 6. They didn't play well and were missing Manu.

Spurs usually lose the first in the opening series. It's almost tradition.

That stings. Almost won without Manu and then choke it away in the final minute by missing two wide open shots.

Game 2 now a must win, because it's hard to see them going 4-1 in five games against Memphis with Manu injured or playing with an injury.

Blew a golden opportunity to rest Manu in game 2 and get a psychological advantage on the Grizz.

Blair had foul trouble too but played more. I think it had more to do with the effectiveness of Blair working better with Duncan and Bonner playing relatively well (I just puked in my mouth a little typing that).

Dyess didn't do a damn thing. 3 points and 1 rebound? Are you kidding? Dude disappeared. He was missing every wide open shot he took.

Blair was hustling, cleaning up the glass. Bonner was being aggressive and getting to the line or knocking in 3's, while playing at least average D.

I would like to see some of Splitter in this series. They need his height and inside presence when Duncan is not in the game.

Blair and Bonner at the same time will not cut it. Too much of a height / muscle mismatch. Dyess needs to channel his old self or GTFO. Still don't understand why he ever got to start over Blair.
