He might have been pretty close in his prediction if OKC beats Dallas. I see them as a top young team for the next several years. There is a changing of the guard starting this year, the elite teams are transitioning to these up and comers.

Exactly. There's a lot of chest-beating going on in this thread, but I don't remember anybody picking OKC to win it all. If they do, and they do it in less than 7 games, then my "terrible" prediction was not as far off as say.....all of you who were riding the laker bus about the time I created this thread.

I'll eat crow if the Mavs crush OKC. But I don't think that will happen.

I love how some of you like to post retrospective impossible-to-prove predictions. Of course, the way some of you act when somebody turns out to be wrong, I can see why. If your prediction can never be tested, then there's no danger that somebody will deliver the ever-important "ownage".

Mass if the Grizz would have beaten the Mavs you would have never opened your mouth. You would have said how much of a collapse it was and another failed Mavericks team. Spurs failed miserably...period. When you are a one you are supposed to beat an 8.
