It doesn't even have to be that complicated. When you compared the pace bird played at versus dirk, it solves the scoring and rebounding discrepancies.

When Dirk had those open 3s to put the Mavs up in the 4th everyone knew they were going in. That's Larry Legend stuff. Simmons writes about it a lot and Bad radio just discussed it. Dirk is in this zone where the entire arena fully believes he is going to score if he gets any sort of open look in the clutch. If it's a road game you hear the crowd gasp and if it's a home game you feel the anticipation.

Absolutely shocking that two weeks ago the troll was too scared to back a team, but suddenly reps the Heat now that, in all likelihood, they'll be playing the Mavericks in the Finals.
