Gave up 19 pts to the Hornets in the 4th quarter. That's not bad defense. The problem was scoring only 7 pts.

I agree, problem was more due to terrible 2nd half offensive execution. They did not run a real offense and settled for bad jumpers.

Yep. At some point they have overpay for a star (like in a trade) or blow up the current roster. Martin and Scola specifically.

I honestly think we'll make the playoffs and be competitive. we're playing much better defense this year now that we have Dalmebert down low to guard the paint, and as long as we have Scola, Martin, Lowry, Lee, etc we'll score points. We have the potential to be a 7th or 8th seed that gives a high seed fits, IMO. I hope I'm right. I guess we'll see

I think this team has a higher ceiling than what we think. Coming into the year I thought .500 and 8 seed at best. More likely I thought 9 or 10 in the west. This team will not win a championship for sure. However, I could see them finishing slightly above .500 and pushing for 6 or 7 seed.

The reason why? Lowry has emerged as a legit top 7 or 8 PG. Dalembert is exactly what we needed down low and Chandler Parsons has become an important piece (and should only get better as he only has 1 month of Pro experience). Plus this is a team of guys who IMO want to win, and play as a team. There are alot of guys trying to prove themselves. Also, this team has something Rocket teams of the last couple years didn't have... depth.

What has happened to our bench?

Also, our post play sucks in general
