IIRC - he does decently well for himself with his renovation business.

The East could be mildly entertaining next year.

Besides the Heat:

Pacers should be stronger with Granger back, but there is no guarantee that he will be healthy, nor that he actually improves the team. David West should return.

Bulls should get back Derrick Rose and compete for the top spot.

Nets should be better.

Not sure what to expect from the Knicks, Hawks, nor Celitcs.

Washington and Cleveland should be entertaining to watch, and will be better than this year.

I expect two major stories about bad chemistry, coaches getting forced out, players getting forced out, etc. next season between NY, Brooklyn, and Miami.

I don't think Rose can be counted on as a major factor anymore. He may string together some injury-free seasons or he may go the way of Brandon Roy.

The Pacers have some interesting decisions to make. Two great but similar SFs, West is a FS, and they definitely have some needs.

Pacers should trade Granger for a true point guard (either to bump Hill to the bench or be a true point guard to run the second unit because Augustin sucks) and a better bench (primarily a scorer like Jamal Crawford who can lead the second unit). I think George has one more season left on his contract before he gets big bucks so no point in keeping Granger around if you want to re-up George.

Everyone wants to blow up the Heat, but I think we'll see the same team back next year. They definitely need post help, so they should target a veteran looking to get a ring more than money (ala Ray Allen who should be back for one more year). Getting another year from Birdman off the bench would be nice. I actually like Chalmers and Cole at the point, and 2-4 positions are locked with LBJ/Wade/Bosh. Indiana was just a really bad physical matchup for Miami, combined with Hibbert playing out of his mind and Wade/Bosh either sucking or playing through injuries. Let's see how the Heat fare in the Finals before everyone starts blowing up the team.
