He's been All-NBA 2nd team for the past two years. What could the Rockets give to get him that doesn't include Harden?

Everyone needs to accept the fact that there isn't anybody on this roster that another team wants AND we are willing to part with. Nobody wants Brewer or KJ McDaniels or Onuaku.

I'm not really interested in giving up on Dekker and Harrell right now. I'm not sure trading them plus a guy like Ariza or Bev will actually make us a better team. It is possible that Cousins will easily outperform Harrell (on offense), but losing Dekker and Bev/Ariza would kill us right now.

Im also not a 100% sure Cousins will meld well with James in the pick and roll. Harrell and Capella are great partners with James because of their lateral quickness and speed. They can set a screen and then get to the rim so quickly that the opposing big is left in no-man's land. Cousins is a very powerful guy, but I'm not sure he is quick enough to run the sets we want to run. The Pringles offense rarely features a bruiser at the center position.

On paper lots of things look great. He is a hot head and would most likely destroy any team chemistry this team has going. Are there a lot of good teams out there that would want to take that risk? Would the spurs or GS or OKC trade for him? I doubt it but you never know.

I think I also saw under the new CBA, the kings can offer almost $100M more than any other team. Screw chasing the ring, get your money.

I too think Cousins is crazy, but I can't help but think that being on a winning team and out of that terrible organization he's been part of his whole career would help make him less crazy

I agree but its really bad in Sac town for him and the kings what could they expect to get back in a fair trade from any team.
