LeBron looking to pass as quickly as possible last few minutes of this game.

Hoping for a sweep now. Don't drag this out.

Had the Cavs won Game 1, I think they'd have a chance. But they weren't winning this series, and LeBron is just fending off a sweep now.

Well, this is what the NBA is. A fake dynasty.

Entire 1st half too.

Tyron Lue is a moron. They refused to double or trap Durant most the game and on the couple times they did, Golden State was shooting uncontested layups/dunks. Terrible defense.

Most importantly, free Doritos Loco tacos on 6/13 from 2-6pm.

How? Chris Paul wants a max contract and if you bring him back it will be almost impossible.

Looked like most of the Warriors were okay letting the Cavs have the game last night, but Durant said Nope. Fantastic performance by KD, very nearly as impressive as Lebron's performance was in Game 1.

Incredible performance by KD. Not on the Lebron game 1 level IMO. I was alittle disappointed in Lebrons performance tonight despite his numbers.

I think Lebron is so good and his teammates are so bad that when the cavs need to make adjustments, the only adjustment that can be made is with Lebron. Lebron can score 40/night if he wanted to. Game 1 he thought the team needed a spark and he tried to will the team to a win and ultimately everyone around him lost it. Game 2 you saw a similar style approach but he tried to get his teammates more involved. Game 3 it felt like the approach was on the home court shooters would shoot better and he needed to get his team in a rhythm, which he did. But I felt like the 4th quarter needed the drive to the rim every possession Lebron and not the distributor.

Yeah, not quite as impressive as LeBron's historical Game 1 performance, but was an amazing performance that was getting into that neighborhood.

43 points (an efficient 43), 13 rebounds, 7 assists, played great defense much of the night...on the road in an NBA Finals game...dude basically carried GSW the entire first half, and then in the 4th quarter closed the deal.

I think even within the confines of what we're watching, the Cavs aren't folding. They took the lead multiple times in the 4th quarter, and each time GSW immediately had an answer. That's just too tough, especially when KD is feeling comfortable from 30+.

The more fascinating thing to me is that it took a monstrous KD performance to "save" a team consisting of Curry/Thompson/Green against this Cavs team.

Though part of me thinks GSW are stupid spoiled and they know it, so they just run very simple plays with their complementary guys like slip screens and lobs, and then let their main 3/4 just have fun out there and know that'll get em by most everyone in the league.

CP3's contract won't matter because the only real way the Rockets can make it happen is through trade (Lebron opting into his deal). So the big question is how to make the trade worth it for Cleveland. Won't be easy.

Yeah I don't know how it would be feasible, but I want to see him win a few more before he retires and I want to see Houston beat the fricking warriors.

I also will never understand why you wouldn't take a pay cut if you have what is reported to be a billion dollar lifetime deal with Nike among other endorsements and investments, but I guess guaranteed money is better than the potential of better teammates.

There are a hundred possible narratives and 'what ifs'.

Would Houston have beaten Golden State if Paul had not gotten hurt? You can argue that, but you can also argue that Houston may not have won either Game 4 or Game 5 if Igoudola had not gotten hurt. Golden State was up 2-1 on Houston with everybody healthy (Iguodola got hurt at end of Game 3).

Likewise, if Golden State right now had Harrison Barnes instead of Durant, would this Cavs team beat GSW? Or, if Kyrie Irving had stayed on Cavs, would the Cavs had won last night (or won Game 1) even with Durant on GSW? Who knows. Probably different mindset and different prep by everybody involved. You can drive yourself in spinning circles making your head hurt trying to play out all the possible ways that history could have run its course if only this or that had happened.

What we factually have is GSW is up 3-0 and will win the title now (their 3rd in 4 seasons) in either 4 or 5 games barring some miracle outcome.

And GSW showed last night what an incredible luxury it is to have multiple league MVP quality players on your team. If one of your MVP's no-shows, hey, no problem...we still got another guy who is a top-5 player in the League who will kill you.

There was some analyst on ESPN last night talking about how the open bunnies for the complementary guys reflects how the Cavs haven't spent as much time thinking and practicing how to defend the Warriors as the Rockets did.

They showed the play that ended with Igoadola's dunk. Igoadola and Durant reset the pick three times before the Cavs make the mistake that allows the open roll to the hoop.

Cavs D has been bad no doubt. But that's what makes the score lines in 2/3 the games so interesting. Tight down the stretch, but hard to ever feel like they could get over the hump.

I wonder if some of his problem is, that LeBron just isn't a selfish player by nature.

Cavs have been killing the Warriors on the boards in 2/3 games.

Game 1: 64-42
Game 2: 52-50
Game 3: 56-41

Where are you getting your stats? ESPN is showing different values.

Game 3 - http://www.espn.com/nba/boxscore?gameId=401034615

Either way......Cavs should dominate the boards with LeBron James, Kevin Love, and Tristan Thompson.

I thought the game last night was the best officiated of the NBA Finals. Didn't see the cheap fouls called for the Warriors. Somewhat shocked about the Cavs not having a free throw in the 1st half. Cavs missed way too many shots in the lane in the 2nd quarter. Durant was unstoppable.

Cavs D has been embarrassingly bad at some points. So many wide open dunks and layups.

KD ruined the NBA, but ratings are breaking records. I guess a sweep will hurt the league's revenue, but I wish there was more financial incentive to make the league more competitive.

Free agency should be more exciting than this series was. Now we spend the next 10 minutes listening to how hard it is for the Warriors to repeat like this.

Lebron gave little to no effort tonight IMO. While we can say the western finals was de facto finals, I really think the cavs had a legit shot to beat the rockets.
