Took a vacation from the NBA last season, but I'm back, baby.

LETS DEVELOP THE **** OUTTA SOME YOUNG PLAYERS!!!!

I think Jalen green should come off the bench and Sengun should start. Not for a direct swap. I just think Sengun is way more NBA ready than green. I'm worried a season of getting physically dominated for 35 minutes a game might not help Jalen as much as we think. He needs to figure out how to survive before we give him too much time.

Doesn't really matter...Rockets gonna lose 60ish games this year so maybe just let Green start for ego purposes and keep him happy.

Hopefully Silas is good at determining what players thrive off of being thrown in the deep end and having to find out how to swim on their own, and which ones need more time to get climatized.

Augustin needs to never play more than 10 minutes/night. Jesus Christ.

Sengun is our best player.

Is it going to be this bad for 82 games. Worst part I don't even like anybody on this team.

I'm sad the Rockets are going to suck more than the Spurs. Green's going to be great. Wood is already good. Rockets are going to load up while the Spurs do that 12-15th pick trash.

At least we will get to enjoy good lower bowl tickets for like $20 again for the next few years.

Look, we deserved to get hammered completely on our own doing last night…..but that is not the same TWolves team that I'm used to seeing for the past several years. Those guys were athletic, long, and loved playing defense. Tough team to play for our very first game.

I want our young guys to get shelled for their first few games. They have no business having any kind of swagger or confidence right now. They need to know what they signed up for.

What I saw last night:

The Good: Sengun, Garuba, EG, KJM (don't know why he only got garbage time minutes)

The Bad: KPJ as a point guard, KPJ on defense, Jalen Green being full deer-in-headlights, Wood's lack of defensive rebounding

The Ugly: DJ Augustin, DJ Augustin, and also DJ Augustin. May he never play more than like 5 minutes again

Reading up on the Rockets this morning. I'm so out of the loop on this team, I know nobody.

I'm giving the NBA a chance again. Hoping the "create your own super-team" era ends.

Didn't see a moment of the game but still nice to see the young guys get their first win

8 by KPJ. Sadly, Jalen might be our best "PG" but he's not ready for that.

Right now Sengun is the best PG on the team.

Green with a coming out party last night. They are going to have to figure out the ball handling though because neither Jalen nor KPJ look up to the job at the moment.

Dunks at the end were the best part.

We need a true PG right now. The defense has actually been fine, for the most part. It's the turnovers that are killing us. KPJ is not a true PG. And DJ Augustin needs to never play.

I hope they give them plenty of leash to try and figure it out. We should know one way or another whether that pairing is viable before the end of the season. Its going to take some lumps to get there, but there is no downside to losses at the moment.

The Theiss-Wood combo is a dud. Sengun and Wood should be starting with Theiss spelling Wood. Sengun is awesome.

Couldn't agree more. We are going to lose a lot this season no matter what so we need to get as many minutes out of KPJ and Green together to see what we have moving forward. They both have so much potential but we have to see where they fit best.

I really want KPJ to work out as a PG but I agree, it doesn't look good. He may not have the right mindset to be a PG on a good team.

He is averaging 6.3 TOs a game, obviously tops in the league - 1.3 more TOs per game than Russell Westbrook!

He is a young player and clearly needs time to grow, but he doesn't really demonstrate the intangible qualities that makes an individual a point guard. He is very sloppy and commands very little organizational presence. He is a gunner at heart, not a passer or creator.

Guess we need to keep an eye out on top PGs coming into the draft this year for our lotto pick.

Going to my first game of the season tonight. Hopefully the young guys put on a good show.
