He had a 4.27 ERA after he was traded to Baltimore.

For a club that was so unwilling to spend even their pocket change, its a bizzare move. Maybe he'll pitch well, he's got some talent but it seems risky, at best.

His first 3 years were amazing. I think he was right around .300.

He did have that great .300+ 30HR+ year with the Nats a while back, and last season was injury ridden, but that is sure a lot of solo homeruns

And I think the mlb article I pulled that from has a typo. According to the mlb stats page, he only hit 13 last year.

No low-level free agent signing is going to turn this team around. The younger prospects HAVE to be good. Springer, Singleton, etc.

I just want to start really simple. Let's get the team on TV again for most of us.
