I knew a guy who tried to argue that Junction Jack was better than "this bull **** new mascot". Needless to say, I don't think he knew much about the stros.

Did Junction Jack ever do anything at the games? I never saw that mascot except for an animation of it on the scoreboard.
The uniforms and classic overhaul is the redeeming quality for the Crane ownership. That was well done.

Wow. ESPN's weekly power rankings are terrible. After going 5-2 against the A's and Jays, they still have us at 29th. The Astros were one half inning away from sweeping their number one team. Just shows how clueless they are;
Hader and Hernandez promoted to AA. Can't wait to see how Hader fares after his dominant year in Lancaster.
I like that Hader kid. He has a lot of potential.
5 hits out of AJ Reed's 6 hits at QC have been extra base hits. Average is .222 but his OPS is above .900.
Hader could prove to be a hidden gem in the Bud Norris trade.
Hopefully Hader is a gem because we didn't get much in return with L.J. Hoes

I don't like Peacock at all. He doesn't throw strikes. He'll have a pitch count of 80 by the 3rd inning. Why do they continue to try this guy? He's terrible.

And in regards to the power rankings. Analysts are so used to just putting us at 30 for the past 3 years, that they can't see any different. I'm amazed we are keeping this up without Fowler and Springer. I can't wait to see a lineup starting off with Fowler, Altuve, Springer, and the Carter that is hitting right now.
