I think the fact that he hasn't said no yet is a pretty good indicator that it is probably gonna happen. The rejection of the tigers was pretty quick. I don't think anything he said was incorrect
They're working out the fine details. No idea if he waives it or not, but based off what they're working on, I believe it's likely he's headed to Chicago.
