Don't know what happened there with JA. He seemed to be cruising through 3, still had a good PC, but his stuff seemed to flatten out and he struggled to keep it in the zone in the 4th and 5th. Really could have used a solid 7 from him tonight.

Recency bias. He has had some of the worst ABs over a full season that I've seen. No discipline and certainly no discernible approach. Why would a pitcher ever throw him something in the strike zone? Who knows.
