Recency bias. He has had some of the worst ABs over a full season that I've seen. No discipline and certainly no discernible approach. Why would a pitcher ever throw him something in the strike zone? Who knows.

Also, how does a catcher not know what the freaking strike zone is when batting?
I mean, I understand when the pitch is close. But when it's in a different zip code?
