Astros have reinstated Bryan Abreu from the Paternity List. RHP AJ Blubaugh was optioned to AAA after Wednesday’s game.

I thought that about Tucker as well. There are different breeds of players and that's fine, but neither one of them was in it for the long haul.scd88 said:
I'm of the opinion Bregman was never coming back to Houston. He wanted to play for a big name/blue blood. The Astros will never be on that level despite the run we went on.
Yep - he's very close to Alex Cora and he wanted to play for him. Those guys are very similar in a lot of ways.scd88 said:

It was that or another big market like New York. He's a big baseball guy and he's always wanted to play on a stage like that.
He had nothing against Houston or the organization. Him and Joe didn't quite click but there was no bad blood. He was just ready to move on to something new.

Bone bruise huh? See ya in September
I think he's just talking about a start. If he's pitching Sunday, then Friday/Saturday lines up for his next one.Beat40 said:Do you mean first home start?Mr. Awesome Time said:

In that time he also recorded a career best 14 game hit streak - 3rd longest in #MLB this season
Pena is currently 1st among AL SS in WAR at 1.8, a number that is 3rd…

Hunter Brown has the best ERA in the American League over the last calendar year. It started with a disastrous start, some much-needed self-reflection and an old pitch he grew to love again. Free at ESPN: The emergence of the Houston Astros’ newest ace. https://t.co/FfSsCJAVlu
