The muscle needs to be constantly warmed (constant twitch movement) and/or loosened (stretches) up. Not a lot of running playing 3rd base and players dont move around a lot when sitting on the bench waiting for their turn to bat. Isaac doesnt look like the type who does a lot of cardio and, as already stated, he had already tweaked his hammies earlier in the season.AggiEE said:BTKAG97 said:Easy to do with a lean, muscular build and your not constantly keeping the muscle loose and warmed up.AggiEE said:
How the **** does a player tear a hamstring running out a single to first base and require 6-7 months?
Not sure easy to do is something that comes to mind.
He's a. Professional athlete, I assume he warms up before the games
I've just never heard of anyone that does cardio tearing a hamstring off the bone …he wasn't running that fast to first
Added: He's listed as 5' 11" and 213 #'s. That's not a "slim" build. It's a build that can put a lot of strain on your legs (quads, hammies, and calves).
