The bullpen scares me but it has been great so far this season. Jackson may be that guy at the end of the pen. Bochy and Maddux just might know what they're doing.

You could see the growth in Leiter coming into spring but my goodness he's been fantastic. 2-0, .90 era, 10 Ks, 1 BB

EVO, Leiter, deGrom all pitching like elite TORPs right now.

Grew up watching LAD pitching. Hershiser is one of my favorite pitchers. Just mow the other team down.

Now... having said that... the wind was blowing out Monday and blowing in on T and today, so, it helped our Ps the past 2 days... but also helped Cincy, since we played in the same park. Our hitting will emerge, just hope our P remains solid.

It's pretty typical that pitching is quite far ahead of hitters at this point in the season, however, I do think some guys look lost. Burger and Semien in particular just do not look like they are seeing the sweeper well nor have they adjusted to how many they are seeing. It takes some time and video work, but they do need to start tagging a few more baseballs.

A lot of encouraging things so far this season. Good defense, for the most part. Solid starting pitching, for the most part. And soldi relief, for the most part. I like our chances.

Once we start putting the ball in play consistently and put some pressure on defenses, we'll look like a well oiled machine. And I think that offense will come around.

It's way easier for the bats to come around than pitching to suddenly turn it on, so I feel pretty good about where we are right now.
