Keep an eye on Jared Sandler.

With RSN being owned by the Rangers, it really plays in their favor to have a "total" game experience. I've mentioned, Jared joined the radio broadcast in like 2017 and Nadel and Hicks really took to him. They have a great relationship

Jared has spent time on The Fan 105.3 and Bascic was there and they seemed to have always interacted well.

Jared has done pre and post game coverage.

I really like having Jared host Nadel/Hicks and then Raymond/Bascic. Jared really handles them as a "glue guy" and brings them in. It is in the Rangers best interest to maintain fan coverage and elevate the broadcast teams.

I'm not a big Raymond fan and I think Sandler is the future. He seems to be really well prepared and has a high aptitude for recall. Most importantly, he connects well with the other broadcasters and fans, alike.

Nadel retires at some point. He really seemed to be laboring with breathing on Monday.

ESPN baseball coverage is a joke anymore. The one highlight they showed of the game today was De La Cruz's sliding foul ball catch and then his stat line. No mention of Leiter or Josh Smith's ridiculous catch.

Just like NHL when they dumped them previously, they will show next to no baseball coverage going forward. Last night I watched one of the spanish stations for whip around coverage and it was awesome.

Yea one thing I miss about making the switch from DIRECTV to YTTV is no mlb network.

Damn.. When was the last time the Angels were looking down on the Stros in the division?

Probably the beginning of last season . If I remember right they got off to a bad start. I just don't see it this year for Houston. Too many holes in that line up. Not near as deep as they have been in the past.

Sandler and Bacsik would be awesome on the game call. Something about Raymond rubs me the wrong way, and I don't think him and Mike mesh very well.

Starting pitching, this far, is really encouraging. Cautiously optimistic.

The Yankees look pedestrian with their I've League bats.

30k's in their last 2 Gs ... both Ls... they are now 3-2.

It will be interesting to see how much buzz remains.

I have faith that Rocker will figure it out. He's too talented a guy and too driven, but it may take an extended stint at AAA this season (maybe not too). But i'm one foot out the door on Mahle. I just do not see it with him. Hope to be wrong though.

I would hope so. Not sure it's in Langford's best interests though.

Latest example is the Jackson Merrill signing in San Diego. 9 years at $135 MM, or $15 MM per year. That would be a bargain if he continues to perform.

I think Merrill needed the money and couldn't afford to wait. Not sure Langford is in that situation.

A guy on the Twins hit a triple and I'm almost positive he and his teammates in the dugout did the antlers... Cease and desist immediately...
