Why would MIL leave Peralta in there for 113 pitches in a mostly irrelevant game that he is losing and clearly doesn't have his best stuff?

Planned on listening to the end of this game while waiting to pick up the kids at school, but was glued to the AM news instead.

Glad to see we pulled out the sweep. Absolutely huge wins in what looked like it could be the speed bump ending our last mad rush for a playoff spot.

Amazing what this team is doing. I said this a few weeks ago, and it is become more and more clear. Letting Lowe go and picking up Burger was the right move. Burger started slow, and then battled injuries, but he has been pretty solid since his return from injury.
