The bats, too. Although, I believe the bats will finally come around. Pitchers need to learn how to hold a runner, bc very few of these stolen bases have even been close to a pickoff.

I would say 80% or more of these steals are on the pitching. Ball doesn't leave the pitchers hand until the baserunner is half way down the line.

Yeah and especially against Boston I thought Heim and Higgy had some nice pop times with good throws but the runners were barely safe.

I think Burger stands too far off the plate. He's Michael Young distance form the plate, but Young's approach was tot he opposite field. Not sure it makes any sense to be a pull hitter and stand that far from the plate.
