I know the pitching staff is straight arse with so many guys hurt, but this team doesn't compete. They are very hard to watch.

No fight. No fire. The offense looks defeated before even stepping into the box because the pitching is horrendous.

Injuries are one thing. Motivation is another.

I'm not one to blame coaches, as I feel at this level, players should be able to make adjustments, but the fall off in pitching, especially for guys here last year, has been astounding.

We didn't have a pitching lab, we had a pitching guy. And that guy now works for Pittsburgh.

Espada and the Astros staff are soft. They are overly concerned with rest which seems to have the opposite effect of staying healthy. There is no urgency to win. I think they've already mailed it in.

I remember listening to 610 last November...and the hosts talked about the same thing.

the Astros organization is obsessed with rest

they think it's the #1 key for success
