This is the 4th QS for Burrows out of 7 starts. Looking at his game logs, he has been a very serviceable #4 even though his ERA is way too high. His main issue is he gives up too many hits. His HR rate might be little high as well (8 now in 7 games).

Yes, he is a #4 but slotted into the 2 spot due to Imai's lack of MLB experience. Not sure if being slotted #2 has anything to do with it, but the run support he has been given has been complete crap.
