Focus on Rescue Capital, Stressed / Distressed Assets, and Discounted Assets.
A closed-end drawdown fund, finite life with capital calls.
Investment period is 2 years
Asset management fee is 1.5% on capital invested.
Preferred Return is 10% enhanced annual, compounded, cumulative rate of return for investors in first tranche.
General Partner Carried Interest is 100% to GP until the aggregate distributions made to LPs and the GP (in respect of distributable cash flow apportioned to LPs) in following proportions: 80% to LPs and to% to the GP.
Juniper Square to be the fund Administrator, Ernst and Young the Auditor.

Down the fairway for what it is. Just be aware.. 100% carried interest means "we don't expect to cash flow to pay you your 10% preferred return until disposition, so hopefully we execute well and catch you up at the end". And 80% split is what you offer when you really need to incentivize investors.
Just from what you shared and knowing they are going after distressed hotels, it's not a low risk investment. But I haven't researched their track record. Maybe they're good at this stuff.
